What a standard cleaning includes
A standard visit covers the living areas you use every day, cleaned to a consistent standard each time rather than a different set of rooms depending on who shows up.
- Kitchen counters, sink, stovetop and appliance exteriors
- Bathrooms: toilets, showers, tubs, sinks, mirrors and fixtures
- Dusting of reachable surfaces and furniture
- Floors vacuumed and mopped throughout

Homes, condos and apartments
House cleaning, condo cleaning and apartment cleaning are priced and scoped differently because they clean differently. A three-story beach house with sand in every stairwell is not the same job as a two-bedroom condo with one bathroom and hard floors throughout.
We quote based on the property's actual size, layout and condition, not a generic square-foot table.
Deep cleaning, move-in and move-out
Some situations need more than a standard visit. A first cleaning in a home that has not had regular service, a house being prepared for sale, a property changing hands, or a home after renovation all call for a deeper scope.
Deep cleaning, move-in cleaning, move-out cleaning and post-construction cleaning are all available as standalone services or as the first visit before recurring service starts.
Second homes and part-year residents
A large share of homes along this coast sit empty part of the year. Humidity and coastal dust do not, which is why arrival cleaning before you return and post-departure cleaning after you leave are so common here.
We can also run periodic maintenance cleaning while the home is unoccupied so it never needs a rescue clean.
How scheduling and communication work

Yes. Residential clients can request weekly, biweekly or monthly cleaning, and one-time cleaning is also available.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many clients provide access instructions or a door code. We confirm by text when the visit is complete.
Do you bring cleaning supplies?
Yes. If you prefer specific products used in your home, let us know when you request a quote.
Do you clean homes with pets?
Yes. Tell us how many pets you have when you request a quote so we can scope for pet hair, which takes additional time.
Should my first cleaning be a deep clean?
If the home has not had regular professional cleaning recently, a deep clean as the first visit usually gives recurring service a much better starting point.
